Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Ship Your Item
Please return the item using a tracked shipping service.
Lexyton Outlet is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, Lexyton Outlet will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Support@lexyton.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
